Archer Properties was founded by Brandon Kroetsch in 2013. Originally he had setout to develop the regions most reliable and friendly lawn and property maintenance company. Since that time Archer Properties has evolved to include a Landscape Design division to it's business model; with wood, fire, water, stone, and greenscape construction and design, it is becoming a leader in Landscape Creativity. Archer Properties proudly partners with local contractors that pride themselves in the property maintenance industry. With a wide variety of specialties incorporated through these partnership there is no project that Archer Properties cannot facilitate for it's satisfied clients.

Brandon Kroetsch

Project Manager/Owner

 

Brandon started in the Landscape industry over 12 years ago, as a general labourer. After moving about the Property Maintenance Industry over the years, he took some time to join the Canadian Armed Forces as a Combat Engineer. Much of his time in the Army was focused on Environmental Construction. It was shortly after leaving the Army that Brandon began developing Archer Properties to service the Waterloo Region. He has focused his education on Landscape Architecture and Design. Along with key partners in the industry he plans to see Archer Properties become a leader in the surrounding Region.

Rick Elzinga

CFO/Primary Investor

 

Rick acts as overseer of Archer Properties financials. All client invoicing and promotions are balanced by Rick. As primary investor to Archer Properties, Rick ensures all transactions are completed responsibly and accurately to better assure honest and fair business practice. Rick's professional background is in the corporate financial sector and formerly represented a major company as their VP of Risk Management. Rick is always monitoring the integrity Archer Properties stands by to ensure Customer Quality Satisfaction, as customer satisfaction is our highest priority. 

Project Supervisor

 

Your role would be to oversee landscape design and/or maintenance duties, as well as assist in daily tasks related to project.

Human Resources Specialist

 

Your role would be assessing and recruiting new and experienced talent to our team! As well all sales/ marketing training would be your continued responsibility. A sales or marketing background would be an asset. 

Sales Manager

 

Your primary role will be tracking all sales and lead generation by the sales team. It will be your responsibility to help the team reach reasonable weekly sales targets. Your secondary role will be assisting the HR Specialist in all on boarding of new sales/ marketing representatives.

Sales Consultants

 

Your role is to meet with protential new clients at their personal or business property to assess their individual landscape needs. A a consultant you are resposible for assessing their needs, and referring those needs to one of our Landscape Architect.
